Subprocessor list

Overview

Flow Analyzer uses the subprocessors below to host the service, handle sales inquiries, schedule demos, and send transactional email. We do not sell personal information. Enterprise customers receive change notification for material updates per the Data Processing Agreement.

Current subprocessors

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    Cloud infrastructure and database hosting for SaaS deployments.
    Account metadata, workspace configuration, encrypted integration credentials, analysis metadata, audit logs.
    United States (us-east-1 default); EU (eu-west-1) available for enterprise.
  • HubSpot
    CRM for sales and marketing contact form submissions.
    Name, email, company, and message content from contact or demo requests only.
    United States / EU per HubSpot account configuration.
  • Calendly
    Demo and meeting scheduling.
    Name, email, and meeting metadata when you book a session.
    United States.
  • SMTP provider (operator-configured)
    Transactional email for invitations, password reset, and optional report delivery.
    Recipient email address and message content for auth and product emails.
    Depends on the SMTP relay configured by the operator (for example SendGrid, Amazon SES, or Microsoft 365).
  • Language-model provider (optional, operator-configured)
    Advisory AI suggestions for AI Agents and Issue detail coaching when users intentionally enable AI assist.
    Limited issue text (summary, description), rule finding messages, and coaching prompts — only after per-workspace user opt-in. No automatic write-back to work trackers.
    Depends on operator configuration (default OpenAI API, US; operators may point to EU-hosted or self-hosted OpenAI-compatible endpoints).

Changes

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. Material changes are communicated to enterprise customers according to the DPA.
